With dear friends and family, the Moove residents
relax and learn to live again.

9 March 15th - March 25th / Open Sea - Tunisia Our four yacht flotilla headed out to the
open sea. Mela and
I did not schedule
anything
for the first afternoon
and evening. Unsure if anyone would get sea sick, and
knowing that usually
on the first night
cruise
guests like to explore
their own yacht and
maybe do some ocean-inspired
snuggling; we
thought it best to
schedule the big
dance
aboard the Shadow
Yacht for the third
day
at sea. As I laid in my bed on the Crystal Wind that
first night, I just could not sleep. I was
tired to say the least, but my mind was full
of warm thoughts of friendship and family.
I wondered what Maggy, Dave, Aylin, Dr. Caius,
Apollo, Jadely, First Gladiator. Jasmine68,
Sweet Anne and Ice King were doing on the
Mine Games. Whenever a thought of 2012, or 2028 or the
possibility of Armageddon in my lifetime
tried to
Rando and Tory at the helm station after
we enjoyed Oreos and milk
creep into my blond brain, I would start
thinking of happier things - of the Blue
Men on the Pagean, Auntie Wood and MysteryMan
Honeymooning in the cabin down the hall or
Oreos. OREOS!....OMGAWD. I got up and called the steward and told
him I would like a plate of Oreos and two
big glasses of Milk and to please bring them
to the bridge. I had kinda forgotten that
Captain Rando was up there on the helm all
alone and since I could not sleep, I headed
up to the stairs. Rando was relaxing reading a book on Mermaids
or something fishy
while the autopilot made
sure we stayed on
course. "BOO!",
I said causing Rando
to jump a bit. "Don't
do that Tory",
"geeeesh, it gets
really quiet up here
at night all alone".
We both laughed at
I sat down in the big
white leather chair.
The steward arrived
with my nighttime
chocolate fix and ice cold
milk. Rando just
smiled.
As the Crystal Wind cruised effortlessly
under the twinkling
stars, Rando and I sat
and talked some.
We also enjoyed the quiet
of the night and
the total peacefulness that
had crept into the
souls of all who had come
with us. "I
could get use to this",
Rando quetly said
as he checked the radar
for any sign of bad
weather. It was my turn
to just smile. I went back to the master suite and quickly
drifted off into
a deep sleep. The night
was still and quiet
and I only heard the
soft breathing of
Mela and the waves against
the side of the Crystal
Wind. I awoke as the sun broke the horizon and
after a scrumptious
breakfast served in our
suite, we dressed
and headed up the top deck.
Guest from all four of the yachts gathered
on the Shadow yacht for an orientation. When we had finished our orientation, we
broke off into seperate groups to explore
the Shadow Yacht or use the gym. The boyz
all headed off to an instructional class
on how to use the submarine. Mela and I went
back to the Crystal Wind to plan a menu for
the Welcome Aboard Ball the next night. Mela and I decided on a Rosemary Redfish
on a bed of Saffron
rice, fresh snow peas
and a lemon sorbet
for dessert. We sent the
menu down to the
Sophie Tofourie, our ship
chef.
(l-r) Auntie
Craftie Lady,
Jadely, Wood Nymph
and MM dancing
away the day.
"I am kinda concerned about Sophie",
I told Mela after
the steward left the salon.
"She is sexy
and a great chef, but I
am not sure if she
can keep...well......her
passion in the pantry
on this trip and I
really do not want
any of our guests seduced
by a frisky French
filly".
"Just because she did a stint at Hooters
in Denver, does not make her a frisky filly",
Mela replied with a bit of a chuckle. "You
know Tory, she was a fab head chef but was
cheated out of her restaurant by Isabella,
her souz chef, when Isabella slept with the
owner".
Rando and Sophie
the Chef
"Well, I heard that she went nutsy and
threw food all over
the restaurant and
was
blackballed from
working in any really
nice
restaurants".
I answered. "I
would
not give her much
thought", Mela
said,
"and if you
worry too much, we
can just
introduce her to
a quiet evening with
Captain
Rando." The rest of the day was spent checking with
all the guests to
make sure they were
okay,
happy and having
fun. Except for two
missing
pieces of luggage,
everything was kewl. That evening, we enjoyed a quiet dinner on
board the Crystal
Wind with Wood, Mysteryman,
Livid, Craftie, Waya,
First Glad and Jasmine
68. With the wonderful
night sea breeze caressing
us, we relaxed on
the back deck and listened
to the party in full
swing on the Pangea. The sound of laughing and loud music and
silliness was too
much for Livid, Craftie
and Auntie Wood.
As soon as dessert
had been
served and gobbled
down, they took the
Aquada
Boat Car over to
the Pangea. We did
not see
them again until
the formal ball 26
hours
later. LOL.
The formal ball was scheduled to be held
in the main ballroom
of the Pangea and
is
the practice of the
well-groomed Moove
lady,
we began getting
ready at 6:30 AM.
The boyz
all decided to take
the fishing boat
and
submarine out and
every other toy on
the
Shadow Yacht to do
whatever boyz do
with
expensive toys. When we had not heard from them by 5:00 p.m
we got a tiny bit
worried and asked
the
Mysteryman enjoying some pearl diving during
the cruise
steward to help us with the radio and started
trying to find them. .We finally found the
right frequency and heard a reply. ".........crackle...crackle. ......this is
the sea catcher.......calling the crystal...crackle....
crackle ...wind.......can you read me.....over...crackle". "this is the Crystal Wind, we read
you sea catcher.....over",
Aylin Lady
was a natural on
the radio. "crystal wind.....crackle crackle.....we
are about 90 miles due south.....crackle.
...of your location.. ...crackle.. ...MysteryMan
and Ice King want to know what time the Ball
starts....crackle crackle....over." NINETY MILES! You do know the dinner and
dance start in just
under a half hour, you
are never going to
get here by then....over.........". .....crystal wind...crystal wind....crackle.....we
cannot hear you...we......
crackle crackle......are
all....crackle crackle........looking
for....crackle....soon....crackle. Well...I think we are going to be dancing
and dining alone tonight, Jadely said. "Wanna
bet", I said as I smiled at Mela
By the time
we got to Greece,
the boyz had
been forgiven
for missing
the Ball and we
were one big
happy family
again..
